Creamy and smooth, a perfect balance between milk chocolate and hazelnut which mixed of Europe's best milk from Normandy France, a proprietary blend of cacao beans from Ecuador and Ghana and high percentage of hazelnut paste

Gianduiotto Fondente

A new modern twist on this Italian favorite, Baratti & Milano introduces the perfect balance between dark chocolate and hazelnut. This gianduiotto fondente, "dark", melts in your mouth and leaves a persistent finish well after it's gone. Pure happiness in chocolate form.

Ingredients: Sugar, hazelnuts (31%), cocoa mass, fat-reduced cocoa, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin
May contain traces of milk
Produced in the same facility as and may contain trace amounts of pistachios and almonds.

To be enjoyed

Both a creamy sherry or tawny port would pair nicely with the hazelnut forward flavor of these particular chocolates if serving as an after dinner affair. Also pairs well alongside a red wine with a hint of spice such as a Petite Syrah or for a mild blend (mostly with the Fondente version) choose a Dolcetto, Nebbiolo or even a Rioja blend. For a different setting pair alongside a macchiato coffee or with a frosty glass of cow's milk or oat milk.

Storage condition

Store in a cool and dry place, without sun and odor. 60 to 78 degrees F.
