Geology : Soils are composed by sand, loam and clay.
Grape Varieties : 75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc
Harvest - Vinification- Maturing : Temperature is controlled to less than 25°C during fermentation in cement vat. The wine is matured for approximately 6 months (2/3 in cement vats, and 1/3 in barrels of 2 and 3 years old).
Tasting notes : Tannin juicy, velvety texture of a great delicacy and a precise freshness. It is a great success for this second wine!
