Made in UK with a Single-Estate rice volcanic chocolate, the rarest chocolate in the world
Ingredients: Unrefined sugar, cocoa butter, OAT flour, rice powder (dried rice syrup, rice starch, rice flour), cocoa powder (fat reduced), cocoa mass, vegetable oil, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, sea salt, natural flavourings.

Discover the provenance

Our farm on the North Coast of Guadalcanal is a husband and wife team along with four sisters, each bringing their different skills to the growing of cocoa. The island itself is right in the heart of the Solomons and is home to some of the finest cocoa in the region.
Coconut palms provide shade for the cocoa trees that grow in the island's rich, volcanic soil. Once ripe, the pods are harvested before being fermented and dried just metres from the homes - handy when a sudden shower threatens the drying process and a quick dash to cover the beans is needed.

About Firetree

The long finish and lingering taste of our chocolate is due to the firetree, or cocoa tree, which thrives on the uniquely rich, porous soils known only to volcanic islands. Firetree's superior beans yield a distinct depth and complexity.
