75% dark chocolate is made from the beans and then shave it into the perfect flakes for melting into warm milk
A deep flavour and silky texture and tasting notes of toasted grain, dried fruit and rum
Suitable for vegans
Stir three heaped tablespoons (approx 35g) of drinking chocolate into 200ml of warm - not boiled - whole milk or oat milk.
Whisk over medium heat until dissolved and thickened.
reduce heat if needed to avoid boiling.
adjust volume of milk or chocolate for desired texture and richness.
