Pandoro - Wheat flour, "Beurre Charentes-Poitou" butter 20%, fresh eggs, sugar, natural yeast (wheat), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; pasteurized fresh whole milk, syrup of invert sugar, fresh egg yolk, cocoa butter, salt, flavorings.
Icing sugar (in sachet - 6% of the finished product) - sugar, wheat starch, flavorings

One of the secrets that makes Pandoro Magnifico is the choice of the absolute excellence of the butter: the precious French butter AOP Charentes-Poitou
The soft and delicate dough melts gently at the first taste, enhancing the rich taste of butter and its enveloping aroma
