Muria Honey
Beginning in 1810, the Muria family in Catalonia, Spain, has experienced the inheritance of six generations of beekeepers. With rich experience, they produce high-quality honey with traditional craftsmanship.
The Muria family is the main honey producer in Catalonia, with a national and international reputation. Muria beekeepers have 2000 Dadan hives with black Iberian bees (Spanish bees) in the best flowering areas of the Iberian Peninsula, honey is the product our bees make from nectar. Outstanding quality, in addition to sweetness, honey has a variety of properties. A wide variety of aromas for our taste buds. Beautiful Mediterranean aroma, let's enjoy it at the table.
Production: summer of high mountain range of Catalonia and Iberian Peninsula.
High Mountain honey is sourced from high altitudes, quiet mountains, and it is dark amber in color with floral, fruity, earthy and natural notes. The taste is sweet, slightly salty and sour.
There is an incredible variety of mountain honeys, with different characteristics depending entirely on the region where it is harvested.

How to use:
Add flavor to coffee and tea with hot and cold beverages
Enjoy with cereals, toast, dried fruit and cheese

Remarks
1. Store in a cool and dry place away from sources of light and heat.
2. Occasional crystallization and separation of honey is normal and does not affect the quality except for its colour and texture
