Terms & Conditions :
- Customers have to register for a basic membership account in order to level up to a different Membership Tiers (Silver / Gold / Platinum).
- Registered members that don't have a tier will be considered as basic members, and there is no exclusive membership offer set up for basic members.
- 1 credit is equal to HK$1 at our site and can be used when you purchase on most of the items at Natural Ponti Ltd.
- Membership is one year validity and all accumulated credits will be started again once end of the membership period.
- If edit member's order's status to cancelled, the system will reduce this member's total spend, and also affect member's upgrade/downgrade/extension conditions.
- Purchase after membership upgrade will only be counted as part of calculation for the extension requirement.
- Credit (reward) is NOT transferrable, applicable for the payment of delivery charge or redeemable for cash.
- Credit (reward) will be cancelled when your user account is terminated or cancelled.
- Natural Ponti Ltd. reserves the right of making final decision for any disputes.
