Bonbon with Chestnut and Chocolate Cream

Bon bon with chestnut and chocolate cream are delicious truffles, easy and quick to prepare. You can add pieces of dried fruit such as almonds and hazelnuts to the dough to make your truffles even tastier.

Ingredients (For about 15 bon bon)

  • 100 g of ladyfingers
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of Zuegg chestnut Jam
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 80g of milk chocolate
  • 40g of white chocolate

Directions

  1. Chop the ladyfingers and put them in a mixer. Blend until they are powdered.
  2. In a large bowl, add the ladyfingers powder, the chestnut cream, the milk. Mix until the mixture is moist but compact.
  3. Make about fifteen balls from the dough. Put them in the refrigerator for half an hour. Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler.
  4. Dip the bonbons in the milk chocolate, place them on a tray and let them cool in the refrigerator.
  5. Once cold, decorate them with melted white chocolate and placed in a piping bag with a thin spout. When the white chocolate has also set, the bonbons will be ready to be served.
  6. Store the bonbons in an airtight container or tin box.
