Preparation

Prepare a small cup Espresso with Corsini coffee then add sugar in 1:1 ratio in a mixing bowl.
Mix them with a round whisk until everything is melted. Then start whisking about 400 times.
Add some ice cubes into 2/3 of a cup and fill with cold milk (about 1/2 cup).
Spoon the foam and add it to the top of the cup with some hot cocoa powder or cinnamon.
