I Solai di San Giorgio was born from Emilian families linked to their land, their traditions and their passion for excellent food products. Starting from these values, iSolai produces Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, balsamic creams and dressings and wine vinegars.

  • Kit includes:
    • 1x The Balsamic Condiment PLATINUM SEAL 100ml
      • Ingredients: Cooked grape must, Balsamic vinegar of Modena (49%)(Cooked grape must, wine vinegar)
      • Combines selected grapes with high quality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
      • Does not contain caramel and has a density of 1.35
      • Its high density and its balanced sweet-sour taste, make it a perfect condiment for meat, cheese and salads
    • 1x  Parmigiano Reggiano 250g - with more than 24 months of aging
      • Ingredients: Milk, salt and rennet
    • 1x Cheese Slicer - This stainless steel cheese slicer produces ideal cheese flakes to be tasted with balsamic condiment
