Developed at least 5 years ago and a unique award winning gourmet product in the world
Unique high density 1.35g/ml (Ref: Density of water: 1.00g/ml & Density of honey: 1.42g/ml)
Acidity: 6%
Softness of Lambrusco's full bodied aroma (Sorbara, Grasparossa, Salamino) make it the only one of its kind in the world, offering soft fruit and a persistent yet gentle sweet spicy warmth
No sugar and no any caramel (the caramel can usually be identified on the label as E150d), that means that the black shiny colour of the vinegar was obtained by carefully selecting raw materials and letting the vinegar age in barrels
Highly recommended pairing it with: Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, Risotto, Fruit or vegetable salads, White meat and Game meat
