Coating: milk chocolate 8% (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, coco mass, whey poser, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanila extract), toasted granulated hazelnuts 5%
Full of nutty flavours with smooth milk chocolate cover around the soft dough
Use with high quality of ingredients especially making the panettone with a mother yeast that is more than 40 years old, process with accuracy of procedure which using 40 hours for natural leavening, Relying, except for the dough by hands
